Renovation timing is the hardest part of any hotel refresh. Owens clears out FF&E on schedule, so the reno crew moves in on time.
We handle everything between "renovation approved" and "rooms empty for the crew" — sourcing buyers, freight, and labor so your project stays on schedule.
FF&E removed room by room, floor by floor, coordinated directly against your renovation schedule.
Anchor and tail buyers lined up in advance so furniture leaves the building instead of sitting in a warehouse.
Palletizing, trailer loading, and freight handled end-to-end — no idle dock time, no damaged goods.
Owens is based in Utah, with a supplier and reseller network already built out across Arizona, Wyoming, and Colorado.
No warehouse gambles, no guesswork on timing — a process built around your renovation schedule from day one.
We map your renovation schedule and work backward to a clearout date that doesn't slow your GC down.
Anchor and tail buyers are sourced before the first piece of furniture moves, so nothing sits idle.
Room-by-room removal, coordinated with housekeeping and the renovation crew's move-in.
Palletized, loaded, and shipped — with a final walkthrough confirming every room is reno-ready.
Whether you're 3 months out or already scheduled, the earlier we're looped in, the smoother the clearout runs.
